Yell4CAD can take your CAD data, part or drawing and modify it to suit the foundry process, add machining jigging points, design the tooling, create any drawings and return the data for approval prior to any tooling being manufactured. Patterns are made using both traditional and modern CNC machining methods . A variety of timbers are used along with modern tooling boards and resins. CNC machining enables production times to be reduced along with greater accuracy and repeatability of pattern equipment.
Yell4CAD can supply both pattern equipment and castings if required. This sevice is offered to patternmakers, founders, engineering companies and individuals.
